Sugarmill Catering is a rebranded company, which has made ripples over the past (4) years,
in the culinary circles. It has built a reputation, for honest, clean work, with a business yet
personal approach to all its clients.
Sugarmills’ main focus was personal Chef Services, hence omitting the need for owners of
villas to have a chef on pay roll even in the low season. Slowly the company crept into
weddings, fruit and vegetable carving, ice carving, and chocolate making, on a larger scale,
for weddings, high end parties, and more intimate gatherings.
The executive chef takes lots of pride in his unique creations, from his lemon breadfruit
wedges, to mango filled white chocolates.
